Participants must create a unique AI VTuber virtual character, which will be applied to an interactive website in the future to provide users with Q&A interactions and information guidance.

Contestants are required to integrate design, aesthetics, and AI interaction capabilities to create a character that combines beauty and functionality.

The most creative and technically advanced works will have the chance to win prizes and gain nationwide exposure!

★ Host 2-3 online briefing sessions during the submission period

Competition Categories

Education Category
(High School/College/Teacher-Student Teams)

Participants must hold a Taiwan National ID or a residence permit, and be enrolled in a high school, vocational school, or university (including continuing education, master's, doctoral, and in-service students), or foreign students studying in Taiwan.

☆ Participants must maintain student status throughout the competition period.

General Public Category

Participants must hold a Republic of China (Taiwan) National ID or Residency Permit, be at least 18 years old, and not be enrolled in any academic institution.


☆ Participants cannot bypass the requirement by failing to provide a student ID and registering in the general public category.

Competition Rules

Design an AI VTuber virtual character based on the theme

(Including character appearance, personality settings, and voice design)

Use a "virtual character" combined with AI tools to create an interactive webpage

(The virtual character can interact with users in real-time, providing navigation, Q&A, and other services)

File Specifications & Submission Guidelines

File Naming Rules:
PDF or Word format file must include the following two points:
★ Website link
★ Design concept explanation file: School_Name_Work Title_Group (High School/Vocational School Group / College Group)
(Example: xx High School_Wang OO_Changhua Meatball Master_Scenario Image_Vocational Group)
※All materials must be submitted, corrected, or completed before the submission deadline to participate in the competition.
※Submission rules: Submit the webpage link and design concept explanation in PDF or Word format before the deadline.

※Each participant must submit Attachments 1, 2, and 3. Participants under 20 years old must submit Attachment 4. Teacher-student teams must submit Attachment 5.
※Incomplete submissions will not be accepted and will be considered as automatic withdrawal. Also, submissions must not contain watermarks or any sample markings.
※Submissions with violent, obscene, adult content, plagiarism, irrelevant themes, or with legal and copyright issues are prohibited.
※Competition entries are submitted online.

Important Notices

  1. Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry per group, and the same entry cannot be submitted to two categories.

  2. Entries must be original works by the individual participant and must not plagiarize or copy any published or unpublished concepts or works. The same entry cannot simultaneously participate in other competitions, nor has it been transferred or authorized to any third party. If any copyright or related rights disputes arise regarding the submission, the participant will be responsible. If an award-winning entry is later found to be plagiarized, the organizer has the right to revoke the award and require the return of the certificate and prize money.

  3. Entries containing violent, pornographic, or inappropriate elements are strictly prohibited. Any violations of these rules will result in the work not being displayed.

  4. Participants should properly keep the original files of their submitted works during the period between the submission deadline and the announcement of results.

  5. All participants in each group must sign and submit the following documents: Personal Information Collection Notification, Copyright Transfer Agreement, and Visual Logo Copyright Authorization and Commitment Form (scan or take a photo of the signed form). <Attachment 1, 2, 3>

 

※ Participants under 20 years of age must submit the Legal Guardian Consent Form <Attachment 4> (signed by the legal guardian and scanned or photographed for submission). Participation in this event is free, but if any documents are incomplete, incorrectly filled out, or if the work does not meet the specifications, the participant will be disqualified.

Event Statement

  1. Submission Rules: Submit the webpage link and design concept explanation in PDF or Word format before the deadline.

  2. Entries must not be plagiarized. All elements (backgrounds, etc.) must be original works. Any plagiarism detected will result in disqualification, and if the entry has won, the award will be revoked.

  3. The original manuscript, publishing rights, and copyright of the entries will be unconditionally provided to the organizer and executing organization for use in promotional activities. These works may be used on websites and services operated by the Taiwan Virtual Influencer Association and related companies, and the organizer has the right to modify and reproduce the work.

  4. According to Taiwan's tax law, if the prize exceeds NT$2,000, the winner must pay a 10% income tax, which will be deducted by the organizer in advance. For prizes over NT$1,000, they must be reported as personal income in the annual tax return.

  5. By entering, participants agree to all rules of the event. If there are any changes or force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to change the contents, which will be announced on the official website and Facebook fan page. No individual notifications will be sent.
